What is the size difference between the REMplate Pros and OGs?
OGs are 56 x 32 x 4 mm, and the Pros are 67 x 38 x 4 mm.
What is the difference between the REMplate Pros and OGs?
Only the size is different. The material and setup are the same as the OGs.
Why would I want to get a set of REMplate Pros?
The sweet spot is larger compared to the OGs. The Pros have a larger footprint, so less adjustment is required. Also, with more surface area, the Pros will absorb more magnetic flux, therefore creating a stronger connection and more pulling power.
Is it the same to disconnect?
Yes, same as the OG REMplates. Simply step off the pedal with ease.
What shoes work with the REMplate Pros?
Pros will work with the current recommended shoe list. These plates work with a traditional cleat box.
Is the setup the same?
Yes, the setup is similar to the OG REMplates. You want the plate to sit about 1 mm below the shoe sole surface. Pros may require fewer shims to achieve this setup. The plate is a little longer, so in some cases, it will sit a little flatter.
